Can I cancel my order?
Under the consumer regulations, you have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you received the order. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to made to order goods. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

Do I have to pay a delivery charge?
You only have to pay a delivery charge for the rugs and made to order curtains due to the size and weight of these items.

How do I return an item?
Please email us if you wish to return an item, and we will send you a return form to be sent with your item. You can then take it to your local post office. Please refer to the and Shipping, Deliveries and Returns page for more information.
Do you have to pay for returns?
Yes, you have to pay for the return of the goods. We recommend you get proof of postage to have sufficient evidence to prove that you returned the goods. Will I get any additional postage I had to pay for any items that I return?
